United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada Transition Coordinators work in partnership with the Nevada Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to coordinate supports for youth and young adults between the age of 16 and 22 transitioning from High School. UCP assists students and their families planning for and accessing services for future employment, career training, and post-secondary education.
United Cerebral Palsy's Transition Coordinators serve school districts in every county in Northern and Rural Nevada except for Clark County and Nye County south of Parumph. Transition offices are based in Reno, Elko, and Ely Nevada.
